Eric Leifhet is the proud owner of Integrated Home Services & Consulting (IHSAC) in Wilmington, North Carolina. Born and raised right here in Wilmington, he has a genuine passion for the local community and a deep understanding of the unique challenges coastal homes face — from salty air and humidity to hurricane-season considerations.

Eric has been performing professional home inspections since 2016. IHSAC was founded by his stepdad in 2010, and Eric took over the business in 2020 when his stepdad retired. He’s proud to continue the family legacy while bringing his own hands-on expertise and dedication to every inspection.

With a degree in construction management and a North Carolina General Contractor’s license, Eric has built houses from the ground up. This real-world building experience gives him valuable insight into how homes are constructed and what can go wrong over time — allowing him to spot potential issues that many inspectors might miss.

To date, Eric has personally performed over 3,500 home inspections. He is committed to providing honest, clear, and thorough reports so his clients can make confident, informed decisions when buying or selling a home.

When he’s not inspecting properties, Eric enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with his golden retriever, Fisher, while making the most of everything Wilmington and the surrounding areas have to offer.
